Holy Trinity

The Holy Trinity, St Jerome and Two Saints, Fr...Image via Wikipedia
Reference Text: Proverbs 8:1-4, 22-31, 'Wisdom calls to all'

God has designed all humankind as a trinity: spirit, soul and body. Logos-centered, Spirit-based faith, humility, obedience and worship of God as Trinity will bring all people at last, to live the Paschal Mystery and experience the eternal glory of the living, individualized Christ, as unique incarnate spiritual beings going through temporary human experiences [Psalm 8:5-9, Romans 5:2].

Christians believe that God sent Jesus Christ into the world to be the fully orbed incarnation of the living Christ, the complete Image of God in human flesh  [Genesis 1:26-27]. They believe Jesus Christ came not to condemn the world, but that through him, as a living human soul [Way Shower], the world may know and share God's perfect liberation,  salvation, wisdom and glory through the indwelling living Christ [John 3:16-17].

During Trinity Sunday, Christians therefore honor, glorify and celebrate the Holy Trinity  as God and the trinity of humankind in revealing our connectedness to God and each other, through the incarnate living Christ.  God, The Holy Trinity is Abba Father [Creator], Logos [Image of God] and Holy Spirit [Movement of God].

The Holy Spirit bears witness with our spirits that we are truly sons and daughters of God, joint heirs with Jesus Christ in kingdom living [Romans 8:16 -17]. Let pray that all people, in all cultures and  all religions will discern the truth and logical reasons why Christians continue to honor Jesus of Nazareth, as the fully revelation and model of the incarnate living Christ, in all human flesh.

We let it be!

And so it is!

Eternal Life Through The Holy Spirit

Fountain of Eternal LifeImage via Wikipedia
Romans 8:14-17, 'Spiritual sonship through the Holy Spirit'

Prior to the descent of the Holy Spirit, Jesus' disciples apparently focused primarily on Jesus' physical person and his personality. They were spiritual blind and did not discern the eternal spiritual dimension of neither Jesus' life nor their lives.  When filled with the Holy Spirit and living the Paschal Mystery they experienced cleansing and destruction of error thinking, removal of sin and confusion and the death of the mind and works of the flesh [Galatians 5:17-21].  The Holy Spirit  brought the in gathering and fuller manifestation of the virtues, the fruit of the Spirit and the spiritual powers of the living Christ thus enabling kingdom living [Galatians 5:22-23].

The presence, glory and freedom of the living Christ and the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit are God's eternal gifts available to all humankind. The living Christ nullifies sin and the Holy Spirit assures believers of abundant and eternal life, while living in our physical bodies. The Christ-centered and Holy Spirit-based unity, steadfast faith, prayerfulness and spiritual awakening which Jesus of Nazareth demonstrated to his disciples are still available and needed in the body of Christ today.

Believers can and must be empowered and guided by the Holy Spirit to have effective ministries. The Holy Spirit remains God’s way to bring the love, grace and truth of the Gospel of Christ to every language, race, religion, culture and nation. The Holy Spirit provides true awareness and intimacy with God and harmony with each other as fellow heirs with Jesus Christ in Spirit-based kingdom living [Luke 17:20-21, John 3:14-18].

Let us individually and collectively choose to be of one accord, so we can experience the same in filling and outpouring of the Holy Spirit, which the disciples experienced on that Day of Pentecost.  Our world urgently needs the same Infilling and outpouring of the Holy Spirit with the associated signs of spiritual awakening, new language, new birth, new dreams, new visions, healing, wholeness and the fuller manifestations of the spiritual kingdom of God in our midst and within us [Luke 4:18-19, Acts 2:16-21]. Let us seek to be true witness of God's new way by living the Paschal Mystery through the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit.

Believers ascending in Christ consciousness

Christians believe that Jesus is the mediator ...Image via Wikipedia
Acts 1:1-11, 'Jesus taken up into heaven'.

A modified Collect for Ascension Day
Grant we pray, Almighty God that as we believe Jesus Christ the Messiah, to have ascended into heaven, so may we also in heart and mind there ascend, and with him continually dwell, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen

In John 17:20-26, Jesus prayed that those who believe would be one with him in faith and the perfect knowledge of the infinite love of God, through the living Christ. He prayed they would be guided and empowered by the Holy Spirit, as the body of Christ, to also live the Paschal Mystery as true witnesses of the incarnation of the living Christ. As the Son of Man, Jesus knew the experience of ascending and dwelling in heavenly places while in his physical body [Luke 17:20-21].

He knew union with God’s presence [Spirit] through the living Christ [Son of God] and the Holy Spirit in his spiritual body [John 17:1-3]. The prayer for Ascension is that all who believe can also experience, proclaim and manifest the same spiritual truth Jesus knew and dwell in same heavenly places, through God’s grace, truth and love of the living Christ, within their spiritual bodies [John 1:14-18, 14:20, 1 Peter 2:5].

Jesus declared that by prayer, seeking and serving the living Christ in all people, those who believe could ascend into heavenly places in heart and mind by denying self, taking up their cross and follow him are as the body of Christ in the world. By living the Paschal Mystery as Sons of Men, those who believe can ascend in personal spiritual unity with God, Jesus and all believers, through the living Christ.

Like Jesus those who believe can regain their fundamental spiritual identity and inheritance as Sons of Men and Sons of God, by imitating Jesus Christ. This unity through the living Christ is mankind’s lost, divine, spiritual heritage. It can now be realized and manifested through ascending in the Christ-consciousness, which Jesus knew and modeled.

Jesus' Method Of Divine Manifestation

Jesus' Method Of Divine Manifestation

Scripture Text: John 14:23-29, 'The Promise of the Holy Spirit'

The lifting up of the Son of Man implies beholding and lifting up our life presence as the eternal Son of God, within each person [John 8:28-30]. Is it possible that the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross is symbolic of the life-giving Spirit,  the living Christ, within the spiritual body of all people [Hebrews 10:19-24]?

The Bible declares this eternal Life Principle and Presence, the living Christ  is all good [Genesis 1:30]. Jesus Christ as God's Messiah and prophet came to show humankind the sure way back into the spiritual life and the realization of this eternal City of God, through the living Christ

In the power of the Holy Spirit, Jesus actually grew and evolved into the full consciousness and manifestation of the invisible, eternal, living Christ [Genesis 1:26-27, Luke 1:80]. Jesus knew his union with God, throughout his thirty-three year life and three year ministry [John 5:19, 30; 10:30, Colossians 2:9-10].

By faith, Christ-centered, spiritually aware believers also behold, worship and lift up the invisible, living Christ in the spiritual body of all people [2 Corinthians 4:5-7]. Members of Christ-centered, Spirit-based witnessing communities know and have experienced God’s eternal plan of lifting up the living Christ, living the Paschal Mystery. and dwelling in the City of God.
